At Hispanic Alliance, advocacy is not just about policy—it’s about people. It’s about lifting up the stories, voices, and leadership of our community to help shape a stronger, more inclusive South Carolina.
We remain focused on advancing SC House Bill 3211 (H.3211)—a bill that would allow legally authorized immigrants to apply for professional and occupational licenses. It’s a simple change that could unlock opportunity for hundreds of skilled workers across healthcare, education, construction, and more.
But policy doesn’t move on its own. It moves when leaders hear from the people they serve—and trust.
That’s why we’ve launched the Hispanic Alliance Advocacy Survey.
This short, secure survey helps us identify people in our network who may have existing connections with elected officials. When those relationships are activated, our advocacy becomes more powerful, more personal, and more effective.
By participating, you’re helping us:
- Build strategic, relationship-driven support for H.3211
- Ensure Hispanic voices are present in policy conversations
- Create a foundation for future legislative work centered on prosperity, equity, and opportunity
